Sausage Competition with Butchery Excellence International
Congratulations to pupils from Third and Fourth Class whose recipes were selected to be made with local Butcher Mark Williams to be entered in the next round of judging for the Primary Schools’ Sausage Competition in conjunction with Butchery Excellence International.
The three sausage recipes chosen were Asian Inspired Sausages,Bubble and Squeak Sausages and Guinness Sausages.
Mrs. Wallace and her pupils had a fun afternoon with Mark and Yvonne Williams as they put them through their paces in our school servery.The pupils did a great job and judge Dave Lang was very impressed with their recipes and their talent!
Mrs. Wallace was delighted!
