The children record their running time each week on their record cards. Everyone is doing so well and having fun, while improving their fitness at the same time! 🙂 Keep up the great work everyone!!! 🙂

Zippy’s Friends Programme
Here are First and Second Class with the certificates they received for completing the Zippy’s Friends Programme during the school year.
Zippy’s Friends is a programme which helps young children to develop coping and social skills. It teaches them how to cope with everyday difficulties,to identify and talk about their feelings and to explore ways of dealing with them. It also encourages them to help other people with their problems.
Through this programme,First and Second Class had many discussion periods, they listened to each other and they learned so much about how to cope with their feelings, how it is important to talk about how you feel, how it is important to listen to people and how it is alright to cry. There were also many drama sessions which were very enjoyable.
