Where are we now?
This school year (2015 – 2016) has been very productive in terms of starting off our Health Promoting School Programme. We are applying for recognition as a Health Promoting School, next week and hope to achieve a Certificate of Active Participation. This time next year we aim to have achieved a Health Promoting School Flag, for our school.
Well done to everyone on all the work which has been done this school year, in order to make our school an even happier and healthier place to work and learn. 🙂

The Finished Product!
Do you like our clay heads and our pottery pot?
Our Fourth Pottery Session
We have no idea what this slab of pottery will turn out to be. Finn will tell us next week. We worked hard to make this slab. It was such fun. We had to work in pairs which was a great idea. We could help each other. Teacher made her own slab too. She had lots of help!
Cherry Blossoms
The Senior Infant Pupils made lovely Cherry Blossom Trees yesterday. They wrote wonderful poems about their trees, too. We discussed how Cherry Blossoms look, smell and feel, and based our poems around this. 🙂
